Josh has owned SERVPRO of Northwest Genesee County and SERVPRO of Fenton since March of 2017.  In that time he has grown the business exponentially, thanks to his keen business sense and work ethic.  In addition to multiple IICRC Certifications, he has worked his way up the SERVPRO ladder, starting as a Field Technician years ago.  If he's not in the office or on a job site, you can find him on the golf course or on the water in Fenton.

Tom is a very knowledgeable member of our production staff, and one of the hardest workers on our team.  He has only been with us a short while but brings years of construction experience to our team.  Outside of work, he is a partner at Tomahawk Reclaimed Lumber Company with our own Mark Hoffman, where they refinish raw edge wood into custom tables, benches, and more.

Allison is the numbers guru of the office, and has most recently taken on the task of making sure our office and employees are following protocol for COVID-19 guidelines according to the state.  When she's not in the office, she spends time with her fiancée and their three dogs.

Production Manager
The newest addition to our Production Management team, Kiel spent quite a few years as the manager of a large lawncare franchise before coming on board at SERVPRO.  He and his wife have two children, Tre and Nova

Rex is SERVPRO's resident "Mr. Fix-It".  Whether it's keeping our fleet looking good and up to code, or organizing equipment and storage, or overseeing the warehouse and organization, Rex can do it all.
