Water Damage at Local Library

These photos are taken from a local library in Flint, MI that suffered a major water loss. As you can imagine, this library had thousands of books that were damaged in the loss. SERVPRO of NW Genesee County packs out your damaged items and takes them back to the warehouse and works on restoring them back to their condition before the loss occurred, in which we call a "pack out." The before photo was taken after the carpet had been removed, and our dehumidifiers were set into place. The after photo was after laying the new carpet and installing new drywall, paint, and new desks. SERVPRO of NW Genesee County works with multiple insurance companies and handles the loss inventory, taking photos of all of your damaged items, so that they can be replaced- if they aren't salvageable. In this local library, we had to take out the carpeting, drywall, desks, and multiple miscellaneous items that were damaged- making this library look brand new.
